Ajay had a successful stint of 30 years in the corporate world. He held progressively responsible positions and worked as CFO for Renew Power, B. C. Jindal group and Acme Solar. He also headed the finance, secretarial and legal functions for 4 diverse companies of the Adani group, having operations across India.

He has organised private equity, debt and restructuring of more than USD 2 Billion and has established strong relationships across the entire spectrum of investors, bankers and corporate community. He has also led complex Merger and Acquisition transactions. Ajay has dealt with all major Indian banks at a senior level and has managed to obtain banking approvals for complex transaction like 5/25 scheme, second cost overruns. He led the second S4A transaction in India, and got approval from 21 banks for the same.

He is a CA, CS and US CPA.
